I will not have time to smoke a pork loin.  Instead I will make some killer goulash.  Seriously, it will blow your mind.  I will have a fire in the chimenea if anyone wants to grill something or cook a hotdog or whatever.  You wondering what to bring?  I’d guess it’s a wine and cheese and bread and fruit sort of evening.  Questions?
